It suits this wine well: it is smooth and well built when young, but made to slowly reveal more detail with time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vineyard has diverse vine genetics, with grapes ripening in slightly different ways. This gives Kitsune a character that can feel almost Pinot-like: fine, layered and easy to enjoy, but not simple.
