The vines grow on cooler sandy soils with loess and loam, which help keep good freshness in the wine. Spontaneous fermentation starts in separate vessels: the Irsai spends several days on the skins in tank, while the Furmint is partly fermented as whole bunches in 500 L barrels and amphora.\u003cbr\u003eAfterwards, the wine rests for a long time on its fine lees, adding texture and depth. It is bottled unfiltered and unfined with only a small amount of sulphur, keeping a very pure and direct expression. Expect a dry, aromatic and lively wine with gentle grip from the skin contact.
