Red and white grapes are destemmed and fermented together with native yeasts, giving the wine a bright, juicy character and a real sense of place. After about 12 months in large used Stockinger barrels, the oak brings gentle smoky and spicy notes without covering the fruit.\u003cbr\u003eIn the glass you can expect fresh red berries, a little wild herb and a light, savoury touch from the ageing. On the palate it’s smooth, crunchy and very easy to drink, with good acidity that makes it a great partner for everyday food.
