The grapes are picked in two stages, one earlier for freshness and one later for softer tannins.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, it shows red fruit, floral notes, balsamic touches and a mineral hint of graphite. It is dry, fresh and easy to drink, with firm tannins and a long finish.
