Its colour and light texture come from about 10 days of skin contact, the same method that gives orange wines their gentle tannin and deeper aromatic character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes come from old, unirrigated vines on limestone soils on the northern side of Sierra de la Pila. They are picked in two stages: some earlier for freshness, and some later for a softer, riper feel. After fermentation, the wine spends 4 months in handmade clay amphorae, which keeps the style pure and close to the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eExpect notes of white flowers, citrus, stone fruit, herbs and orange peel, with a fresh finish.
