The grapes come from old, dry-farmed bush vines on limestone soils on the north side of the Sierra de la Pila in Murcia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is fermented and aged for four months in traditional clay amphoras, called tinahas. During fermentation, white grape skins are kept in contact with the juice for a few days, adding a light grip and extra texture without making the wine heavy.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eIn the glass, it is fresh and rounded, with notes of citrus, white flowers, freshly cut grass and a mineral touch. It is unfiltered, so a small natural sediment may appear.
