Today they farm biodynamically, without pesticides or herbicides, following the rhythm of the vineyard and the surrounding landscape. Their vines grow on limestone soils with marine fossils, with forest all around, which helps shape wines with a salty, herbal and very Mediterranean character. In the cellar, the idea is simple: native yeasts, very few interventions, and wines that speak clearly of place. Clos Lentiscus is especially known for its sparkling wines, a field where Manel has built a strong reputation, while Núria has become an important part of the winery’s present and future.
